To order, PRINT or copy the above form (using your browser) or write the requested information on a piece of paper and mail with payment (check or money order payable in UNITED STATES DOLLARS - we cannot accept credit card payments yet and we assume no responsibility for cash sent through the mail; no foreign checks; US checks held seven banking days to clear before shipment) to Martin Enterprises, PO Box 12121, Burke, VA 22009-2121 USA. Please allow six weeks for US delivery, eight weeks for foreign air mail or fourteen weeks for sea mail. To pay using Paypal, use the shopping cart application or email us with your order. For more information about Paypal, visit their site at www.Paypal.com. We reserve the right to require user verification and shipment to a confirmed address.

Credit/Refund Policy:

Credit slips will be issued for sold out items and sent with your order unless alternate selections are listed. Credit slips can be used for future orders or you may request a refund (with copy of canceled check if paying by check).

For orders lost or damaged in shipping, merchandise will be replaced if possible, or the purchase price and original postage refunded. Please contact us and describe the problem; we will pay the return postage ONLY if we request that you return the item AND return it in the original package with all packing materials to prove the damage was incurred during shipping rather than afterward. Damaged packages that are insured MUST be returned to your post office and the VALIDATED claim form sent to us. No exchange, credit or refund will be given for damaged, insured packages that are not handled according to the postal system's claim requirements! Damage to the exterior packaging of an item only - such as bent, scuffed or marred boxes, shrinkwrap, jewel cases, etc. IS NOT CONSIDERED DAMAGE, only damage to the actual product is considered damage.

You may return most undamaged merchandise for any reason IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of receipt; however, original and return postage and handling charges are not refundable for undamaged returned merchandise. Refunds will not be issued until 60 days from the date your original payment was deposited unless a copy of the cancelled check is provided to ensure the original payment has cleared. ALL REFUNDS ARE BY COMPANY CHECK PAYABLE IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (except payments originally made through Paypal MAY by refunded through Paypal at our discretion).

Beanbag toys and plush toys are not returnable. Packaged items are not returnable if the package has been opened - defective items must be returned to the manufacturer.

Postage and Handling:

Special Handling - Posters:

In addition to postage charges listed above, for orders that include posters along with other items, please include an additional $5 for US deliveries or $15 for foreign deliveries for special packaging. (This special handling charge not required for orders of only posters and no other items.)

Sales Tax:

For orders delivered to Virginia, USA addresses (whether you are a Virginia resident or not), we are required to collect sales tax calculated on the total of merchandise plus postage and special handling at the rate of 5%.

Alternate Selections:

If specified, alternate selections are shipped in lieu of ordered merchandise only in the event the ordered merchandise is out of stock and probably will not be back in stock. If no alternates are listed, a credit will be issued or a balance due notice sent for any difference in price between out of stock item(s) and alternate selection(s).
